Terms and Conditions
Terms of use: Please treat David Jones Gift Cards as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. David Jones Gift Cards, once activated, may only be used for purchases in David Jones stores. David Jones Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or to pay any David Jones branded Credit Card or other credit card accounts. The funds available will be verified on request or at the time of purchase at any David Jones register. No change is given and any balance that remains on the David Jones Gift Card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in David Jones stores. David Jones Gift Cards expire 24 months after purchase. Any balance that remains on the David Jones Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
Delivery: David Jones Gift Cards are sent via Australia Post and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days (minimum), depending on location. Any order with an incorrect address will not be resent or refunded.
