Everything But Flowers can accept orders from international customers outside Australia, however please note delivery is only available within Australia.
Unfortunately Everything But Flowers does not deliver to Norfolk Island or Christmas Island locations, as they are outside our courier network. We apologise for any inconvenience.
All Universal VISA Gift Cards attract a $9.95 freight and handling charge. Retail Gift Cards/Vouchers attract a $8.95 freight and handling charge. Discounts are available for orders for more than one retail Gift Card/ voucher*. See the table below:

All Gift Cards/Vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. That means gift card validity begins from the date of order.
Your order will normally take between 7 and 10 days to deliver, but may take up to 15 days should your items not be stocked or if there is a delay with the supplier, in which case we will telephone you to notify you of the expected date of delivery of your item. Please see Standard Delivery table below.
Gifts may be delivered to the supplied delivery address up until 5pm Monday – Friday. We cannot guarantee a specific time. We recommend a work delivery address for the recipient, as most people are not home during the day. Upon delivery, a signature is obtained and the parcel scanned. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Please note that we cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays or deliver to PO Boxes.

This table represents an estimated time for delivery for all parcels, gift cards and universal gift cards. While we make every effort to adhere to these times, all dates specified are estimates only. We have chosen courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver by the estimated delivery time. Stocked items are sent by courier. Non-stocked items are sent via Australia Post.
Gift cards are usually dispatched within two working days from time of order. Allow a further day for postage for Sydney metro areas and up to twelve working days for remote locations.
Not all products are kept in our Sydney fulfilment centre, so certain items cannot be despatched immediately. If an item is a Non-Stocked Product, it will be delivered within 10 15 days.
We can do express delivery for many areas around Australia. Please contact us directly on 1300 737 114 or +61 2 9352 3150 to check whether this service is available for your delivery area and the associated costs.
Our warehouse is unfortunately not equipped to welcome customers or to process orders – we can only add new orders to our systems via phone or web. This means that we can only accept orders through these channels and cannot allow customers into the warehouse. If you have any questions about our products, please call us on 1300 737 114 and our helpful customer consultants will assist you.
When the gift is delivered to the nominated address, the recipient's signature is required to confirm delivery. If the gift cannot be delivered to the recipient directly, a proxy or appropriate agent will sign for the gift delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, postcode, advise incorrect or incomplete phone numbers, Everything But Flowers is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Redelivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home will incur additional costs to be borne by the customer. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.
If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 15 days.

We have chosen to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process.
