NV Champagne Pannier Brut was rated in the top selection of Champagnes when taste-tested by a panel of wine experts for the December/January 2009 Australian Gourmet Traveller WINE magazine.

Reviewer Peter Bourne commented: “I loved its fragrant nose, which suggests blossoms, sweet fruit and cashew and a little toasty complexity. It's soft and creamy in the mouth, with complex flavours and mild acidity, finishing with a light brush of silky tannins. The style implies a strong influence of chardonnay, and this is the predominant grape, with pinot noir and meunier in a supporting role. A distinctive Champagne and well-worth seeking out.“

Made by local growers at Chateau -Thierry in the Marne Valley of Champagne where they still use 1,000-year-old cellars, this Champagne uses modern techniques with age old tradition to provide an elegant and well balanced sensation.
