This superb sparkling is sourced from 100% Adelaide Hills grapes, a cool region ideally suited to premium sparkling wines. Deep Woods 'Harmony' Rosé is made from Margaret River Shiraz and boasts 90 Points by James Halliday and received a Gold Medal, at the Qantas Mt Barker Wine Show 2011.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are two of the three allowed varieties which are used to make French Champagne. The chardonnay provides the finnesse while the pinot noir contributes structure and backbone - same as this stylish Austraian sparkling wine.
