Bialetti Mukka 2 Cup Cappuccino Maker in Cow Print

What's been missing in stove top coffee makers is the ability to make a cappuccino or a cafe latte in one easy step. Now comes the new Bialetti Mukka Express, a unique product which allows you to prepare a cappuccino at home, quickly and simply. Just add ground coffee (as you would in a standard stove top coffee maker) and then add milk into the top chamber filling to the instructed level.
It prepares 2 cups of cappuccino (or caffe latte) in just a few minutes.

Instructions:

The Bialetti Mukka Pot begins to work when heat is applied to the base. This causes the heat to build up in the lower chamber. By heating the air, this causes it to expand and force the water through the funnel into the upper chamber. This begins to occur at a temperature of 50°C and will end at a temperature of 90°C. The end result is a perfect coffee at 70°C (depending upon the heat source).

After the coffee has risen to the surface, the Mukka is kept on heat for a further 30 seconds to 1 minute. This further heats the milk to the desired temperature. Brewing time is approx 6 minutes.
Works on any heat source but as a guide medium heat settings should be used for gas stovetops, while medium to high settings for smaller electrical hot plates. Bialetti uses only Heat Resistant handles “Omni” grind or a medium-course grind is the most appropriate grind. (This is the grind used for most domestic packaged coffee)
