First Creek Winemaker Jim Chatto selected the best parcels of Semillon fruit from renowned vineyards in the Hunter Valley to make into this premium varietal wine style. Using only the best free-run juice, coupled with cool fermentation and early bottling, this Semillon wine features an intense nose of lemon and lime with passionfruit and hints of straw and spice. Light bodied with fresh citrus and ripe tropical flavours balanced by lively acidity and a long persistent finish.
