Hahndorf Hill winery is a micro-boutique prosucer specialising in Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz and a unique rose - wines especially crafted to provide a sensational experience with food. Located just outside Hahndorf, the oldest German settlement in Australia in the beautiful Adelaide Hills just 30 minites from Adelaide.

The flavours of shiraz can vary greatly depending on the climate it is grown in. The cool conditions of the Adelaide Hills produce shiraz which has flavours of spice, plums chocolate and vanilla. Aged in French oak, it is a more elegant style than shiraz from warmer regions such as the Barossa Valley.

James Halliday described it in the 2010 Wine Companion as being "Medium-bodied; attractive spicy/savoury nuances to the plum, black cherry and blackberry fruit; good texture, structure and length"
