12 x Neagles Rock 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Wine

Blended from 100% estate grown fruit from a great Clare Valley vintage, Neagles Rock Cabernet Sauvignon is deep and dark in colour with a lifted violet and herbal nose and a rich, full and complex palate with blackcurrant, licorice and subtle fruit cake characters.

A special wine gift, this Cabernet Sauvignon comes in a box of 12 x 750ml bottles accompanied by a personalised card with your message.

After 14 days on skins with daily pumpovers the Cabernet blends were put into French oak barrels for natural malolactic fermentation. The wine remained in barrel for 2 years before final blending and bottling. The finish is long and satisfying but very tight and refined which will reward with cellaring.
