    Rated 94 points by wine expert James Halliday, Neagles Rock 2008 Sangiovese is made from 100% estate grown Sangiovese from the Clare Valley, SA. A wine gift for a special occasion, this Sangiovese comes in a box of 12 x 750ml bottles accompanied by a personalised card with your message.

    Static fermented with daily pumpovers and a small parcel was also open fermented and hand plunged. Both techniques gave excellent depth and colour to the wine. Aged in new and used French and European oak for 18 months, to produce a spicy blend of capers, olives and black cherries with a velvety raspberry finish on the palate, further complexed by nutty oak flavours.
