Covered with Chiyogami, a wonderfully decorative design silkscreened onto strong mulberry paper, the design was developed in the Edo period in Japan based on the bright kimono textiles that the papermakers saw on fashionable ladies in the larger cities.

There are 25 interleaved pages stitch bound to allow the album to expand as the photos are added. The black photo pages are protected with fine opaque paper to separate the photos. A sample pack of Magic Dots for Mounting the photos is included.
