If your gift is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us on 1300 305 430 or support@3giftgirls.com.au so we can sort this out for you. We assess damaged/ faulty items on a case by case basis, and these can exchanged for another item or a store credit.
Personalised items cannot be returned as they’ve been customised to your specifications. We are also unable to exchange or refund Experiences if there’s been a change of mind or the recipient is unable to participate in that experience. Please contact the vendor directly to find out the exchange options available.
If the recipient isn’t satisfied with the gift, we are happy to provide a gift card to be used at Everything But Flowers for gifts purchased and returned to us within 30 days (customer to pay for return shipping). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in these circumstances.
