Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the questions commonly asked by our customers. Our friendly customer service team would be delighted to assist if you have any further queries or encounter any issues. Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes it is a big country but we have it covered! We have flat-rate standard shipping for $15 Australia-wide. Orders over $125 to the one delivery address are delivered for free.

Do you deliver internationally?

We would love to send our gifts to overseas locations, however the costs of shipping can be significant and we therefore recommend that our customers find a local provider in the destination country.

I am located overseas; can I send a gift to someone in Australia?

You sure can!  Our loyal customers are located all over the world – everywhere from Ireland to Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka to USA! All you need to do is proceed through checkout and pay using your credit card or via Paypal. It is important that the recipient’s full address is entered, including a valid 4-digit postcode, so that our courier knows exactly where to go. It’s helpful if we also have the Australian phone number of the recipient in case we need to contact them to arrange delivery.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

You can request a desired delivery date during checkout and we will do our best to deliver it close to that date but once a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post so we can not guarantee delivery dates.. 

How long will my gift take to reach the recipient?

All gifts are despatched on the day of order or the following business day. We are located in Sydney, and therefore delivery times to different locations in Australia do vary. See our Delivery page for more information.

What happens if I incorrectly put the wrong address on the parcel?

Not to worry! Please let us know asap, time is of the essence.  Call 1300 305 430 or email us at support@3giftgirls.com.au. If the hamper hasn't been sent then we can we can easily adjust the delivery address in our system for you. If in transit we can try to redirect them.  If the hamper couldn't be delivered it will be returned to us. 

We will happily resend it for you to the correct address however any fees incurred for parcel return, redirection &/or resend will need to be paid for by you.

We know it is an honest mistake but if the incorrect address was given to us and your gift has not arrived in time, Creative Hampers will not issue refunds in this instance as we are not at fault.

Will the recipient know who the gift is from?

That’s up to you! A free gift card is included with each gift. Enter your personalised gift message when checking out – the sender’s name is not printed anywhere else on the package, and so it’s important that the card message is filled so that you get credit where credit’s due!

Do you have gift wrapping available?

We have deluxe wrapping paper available for $5.95 for each gift wrapped.

Will I be charged freight for a voucher or experience?

You will not be charged for freight if you purchase a gift voucher or experience as these are delivered to your recipient straight into their inbox!

Is my credit card secure?

All transactions not using Paypal are conducted via the Stripe electronic payment gateway which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Will an invoice be included in the parcel?

As most of our gifts are sent to directly to the recipient, we don’t include an invoice in the parcel. Instead the invoice is emailed directly to you as soon as the order is placed.

What if the recipient is not home when their gift is delivered?

It’s your choice as to whether or not you would like the parcel to be left if no one is home at the recipient’s address. Simply select the ‘yes’ option on the secure checkout screen in the shipping options box. Alternatively, a card will be left for the recipient and the parcel taken by the courier to the closest post office to be picked up.

Can I send a gift to a recipient in hospital?

We certainly can deliver to a hospital, and the more details we have about the recipient, the more likely the gift will arrive smoothly. Any information such as unit name and room/bed number will help the courier to find the correct person. Please also ensure that the recipient will still be in the hospital by the time the gift is delivered, otherwise it might be a better alternative to send it to their home address.

What is the last day I can send my parcel to get there before Christmas 2024?

The majority of parcels are sent via Australia Post.  If you want your parcels to arrive before Christmas please order early. The Christmas delivery deadlines for 2024 are still to be released and we will let you know as soon as  we can.  Please note our order cut off time is 1pm on these dates except for same day courier which is 11am)

Can I send my Christmas gift hampers to an individual address?

You sure can! You can do this at checkout by choosing the ‘multiple addresses’ feature.

If you have more than 6 different addresses then download our bulk order form, complete the details and email it to us at corporate@3giftgirls.com.au

What if my Christmas gift has not arrived in time?

Christmas is a busy time for everyone including the postman and delivery services. This is why we suggest planning early and send in the first week of December to avoid delivery delays.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery dates as once it leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post.  If the recipient is in Sydney then we can guarantee delivery dates if Same Day courier is selected.  

It is our belief that it is better to get there early rather than later.  If we know it is a Christmas gift, we will include a Santa sticker on the outside of the shipping box saying not to open until Christmas.
