Our gifts come with a FREE gift card and personalised message. We also have a range of gift cards available to suit your recipient. Character limits apply, but there is enough room to leave a good sized message. Don’t forget to say who it is from, as your name does not automatically appear on the card.
We use Australia Post to send our gifts. We also have Express Post options or Same Day Sydney delivery if budget allows, just for peace of mind. Note: Order cut off time is 1pm for despatch that day, except for same day courier which is 11am.

We do everything we can to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, once your gift leaves our warehouse, what happens in delivery is outside our control, and occasionally accidental damage can occur in transit or a product may be faulty.
If this happens, please contact us on 1300 305 430 or support@3giftgirls.com.au so we can help you. We have 3 options for damaged or faulty returns: Exchange for another item, Store credit, refund to the original card or PayPal account used.
For Change of Mind purchases we provide a full credit, by way of a gift card to be used at Everything But Flowers for gifts purchased and returned to us within 30 days (customer to pay for return shipping). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in these circumstances. The gift card will be emailed to you and is valid for 3 years from date of issue. For personalised items which are customised to your specifications, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange.
We’d love to provide international shipping, however this can be quite expensive. If you plan to send something overseas, we recommend finding a local provider in the country you’re posting to.
Most of our parcels are sent via Australia Post, with a full track and trace feature. Your tracking details will be sent to the SENDER’s mobile phone number or email address. We recommend that mobile phone numbers be used for all orders as this is the most effective way for Australia Post to communicate delivery times. Can we also suggest that the recipient’s mobile number be included when ordering so they will also know about the upcoming delivery. This is especially important if there’s nowhere safe to leave the parcel and it needs to be taken to the nearest post office. This way they will know that it is at the post office awaiting collection.
